ASAM Announces New Board of Directors for 2025-2027 Term
Rockville, MD (Jan. 24, 2025) – The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) today announced its new Board of Directors for the 2025-2027 term. The newly elected officers will guide ASAM's overarching strategy to advance its vision of a future when addiction prevention, treatment, remission, and recovery are accessible to all.
The new members of the Board of Directors will officially begin their terms at the end of the ASAM 56th Annual Conference beginning on April 27, 2025, in Denver, CO. Stephen M. Taylor, MD, MPH, DFAPA, DFASAM, who was elected president-elect in 2022 for the 2023-2025 term, will assume his role as president of ASAM at this time.
