ASAM Fellow Members
ASAM's Fellow membership category bestows recognition on and raises awareness of ASAM members who are certified addiction specialists. Earning the designation of an ASAM Fellow demonstrates notable commitment to addiction medicine.
The FASAM designation is contingent on the physician's continued and active membership in ASAM. Any lapse in membership will forfeit your Fellow designation and require 2 consecutive years of membership before becoming eligible again.
The ASAM Fellows Seal
The ASAM Fellows seal was designed exclusively for the use of ASAM Fellows to denote their status. The below files are available for download and use solely by Fellows of the ASAM.
ASAM reserves the right to revoke designation and membership without review for the improper and/or unauthorized use of the ASAM seal.
The American Society of Addiction Medicine (ASAM) “Fellow” Seal is a trademark owned by ASAM and thus protected by law. If your membership in the society is discontinued or suspended for any reason, the individual must immediately cease using the FASAM designation, and it must immediately be removed from all items, materials, and communications.
The ASAM “Fellow” Seal cannot be modified in any manner.
The ASAM “Fellow” Seal cannot be rotated. Ruled circles or boxes cannot be placed around the ASAM “Fellow” Seal, as it detracts from the integrity of the ASAM “Fellow” Seal.
The ASAM “Fellow” Seal Color: Pantone® Matching System (PMS) 2768C; unless printed in black or reversed out in white.
