Earn the Special FASAM and DFASAM Credentials


ASAM is the only organization that offers the credentials of Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (FASAM) and Distinguished Fellow of the American Society of Addiction Medicine (DFASAM). As a certified addiction medicine physician specialist through ABPM, ABPN, AOA, ISAM or ABAM, if you have maintained ASAM membership for two consecutive years, you are eligible to apply for the highly visible FASAM designation.
