ASAM’s Commitment to Addressing Racial Injustice and Health Disparities

ASAM looks to a future when addiction prevention, treatment, remission, and recovery are accessible to all, and profoundly improve the health of all people. ASAM thanks our members for taking positive action every day by treating each patient as a unique individual and challenging the stigma of addiction. But challenging the stigma of addiction alone is not enough.
