Use of Membership Information

The American Society of Addiction Medicine only uses the information collected on the ASAM web site for the specified purpose.

When you submit a membership application, the American Society of Addiction Medicine requests information such as contact (i.e. name and e-mail address), demographic (i.e. ZIP code and gender), and order information. The contact information you provide is used to send orders and ASAM information. On occasion, we rent member’s mailing addresses to third-party companies; however we do not divulge any other information (i.e. a user’s e-mail address, telephone number, or birth date) to outside companies.
