ACE - Adverse Childhood Experiences
CAGE - Cut Down, Annoyed, Guilty, and Eye-Opener. A screening tool to test for problem drinking. The acronym is made up of the tool’s four questions. The tool takes less than one minute to administer. Note the CAGE-AID is the CAGE tool adapted to include drugs. Differences between the two are explained here.

SF-36 - Functional Assessment
SOAPP - An assessment tool to help determine how much monitoring a patient on long-term opioid therapy might require There are four versions of SOAPP (with 5, 14, or 24 questions). If you suspect an issue, consider using the extended version. To achieve a shorter form, the sensitivity, specificity, and predictive value are lower than the full versions. Document which version of the tool selected.
