5:00-6:00 PM     Hill Day Reception

           

Tuesday, September 17    

8:30- 9:00 AM    Travel to Capitol Hill

9:00-9:30 AM     Breakfast on Capitol Hill

9:30-5:00 PM     Meetings with Members of Congress

12:00-2:00 PM   Lunch in Breakroom

5:30 PM              Depart Capitol Hill

Please note: The ASAM Chapter Leadership Summit will take place September 15-16 preceding Hill Day. Those planning to attend both Summit and Hill Day should book their additional nights accordingly.

Participants to both the Leadership Summit and Hill Day are responsible for booking their own travel.

Room Reservation Deadline: Thursday, August 24, 2019
The room reservation deadline does not ensure availability of rooms. Room reservation rate is based on available rooms within ASAM's secured room block and reservations received after the deadline are subject to the hotel's rate and room availability of hotel. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes.

 

All reservation requests will require a credit card, a deposit for one (1) room night.  Deposits will be refunded for rooms cancelled in accordance with hotel's cancellation policy, currently 72 hours prior to arrival.
