On Friday, May 4, 2012 the Institute for Medical Quality of the California Medical Association presented ASAM Member Dr. Monika Koch, Chair of CSAM's Committee on Education, with its CME Chair of the Year Award.
Dr. Koch was honored for mentoring physicians to serve as conference chairs and other leadership positions in educational planning, and for integrating an educational component into the Society's development of public policy.
