A Single Spark Can Start a Prairie Fire: Popularize ASAM's Advocacy With Your Resolution

At the Addiction Medicine Advocacy Conference (AMAC), ASAM’s first advocacy event to be hosted in-person in a long time, we need your voice! ASAM is marking this special occasion with its first-ever AMAC Member Resolution Forum featuring lively discussion, debate, and voting on your resolutions.

AMAC-registered ASAM members can submit their resolution by August 23 at 5:00pm ET, for subsequent circulation by pamphlet to AMAC-registrants and consideration by all AMAC attendees in Washington, DC. If a majority approves your resolution, it will be considered and given a numerical score based on an issue prioritization rubric by the ASAM Public Policy Coordinating Council (PPCC), which charges the Legislative Advocacy, Public Policy, or Practice Management and Regulatory Affairs Committees with issues for their determination of ASAM's policy priorities in 2025.
